About Me

I am a Gold Standard NCTJ-accredited journalist, and have created content for publications including The Telegraph, Happiful, Runner's World, South West Londoner, The Indiependent, Norwich Seeker, Manchester World, Mancunian Matters, BBC Sport, and England Netball. In 2021, I co-founded and edited a special-edition 40-page print and digital magazine, WAVE PRESS, in celebration of International Women's Day.

Currently a staff writer at the non-profit organisation Journo Resources, I write original features about the media and journalism industry and lead across X and TikTok. Alongside this, I am a freelance writer available for lifestyle commissions on topics including health and fitness, fashion, beauty, culture, TV and film, sport, education, and mental health.

My new fortnightly newsletter, The Twenty-something Tales, reflects on wild ride that is being in your twenties.

I also have a BA in English and Sport Science and an MA in Media and Cultural Analysis from Loughborough University, and did a short course in fashion journalism at the London College of Fashion.
